EMERGENCY TENANT MEETING.

I know that this is a busy time for us all, but we need to meet together this Wednesday February 24th at 7pm.  Our attorneys at Harrison Law Institute have arranged for meetings with the first of three developers who are interested in partnering with us so that we may remain an involved (and interested) party concerning the sale of our building.

There are three companies who are interested in working with us (namely by helping us secure the $50,0000 in order to help us match the current terms of the third party purchaser).  We hope that we will be able to find a good partner that will help us keep our rent reasonable and all of us in our apartments.

If you get a chance, feel free to read about these organizations. They should be quite prepared to answer any questions that you might have.

I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.

If you have specific questions about anything, please email us at nhqtenantsassociation@gmail.com

New Safety Measures.

Now that we are starting to get life back to normal after the snow, I thought that I'd draw attention to a couple of signs that Larry has posted in each of the building's lobbies.  (I will post of photo of them when I get a chance).

We are asking our residents to be careful with whom they choose to let into the building.  I think that many of us are trying to get to know one another so that we can increase the overall safety of the building.  However, if you are unsure of who may be trying to enter the building after you, you might want to ask if they live in the building.  If (and *only* if) you feel safe doing so, please ask the person to wait for a member of our community to either buzz him or her in, or ask him or her to wait for a resident come down to the door.

If you feel unsafe, please get to your apartment and call the police.

The Tenant's association would like all residents to feel that we live in a safe building.

If you have any stories of the building that you'd like to share, please feel free to let us know by commenting or getting in contact with your Tenant board.

Greetings.

As an attempt to help keep the activities of the NHQ Tenant Association transparent, and to help everyone in the building stay abreast of information concerning the sale of the building, we invite you to read our blog and learn about the building in which you live.

I will certainly try my hardest to keep the information as current as possible.
